Order Processing

  • All prints are made to order and fulfilled by Gelato, a global print-on-demand partner
  • Orders are typically processed and sent to production within 1–2 business days.
  • Production usually takes 2–5 business days, depending on the product type and destination.

Shipping & Delivery Times

  • Gelato fulfills orders from the production facility closest to the customer’s location, which helps reduce delivery times and carbon emissions.
  • Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):
    • Canada & USA: 3–8 business days
    • Europe & UK: 3–7 business days
    • Australia & New Zealand: 5–10 business days
    • Rest of the world: 7–15 business days

Please note that these are estimated timeframes. Delivery times can vary due to local postal services, customs processing, or peak periods.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on destination and product size.
  • We currently do not offer free shipping.

Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • Depending on your shipping destination, orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or handling fees.
  • These charges are determined by your local customs office and are not included in the product price or shipping fee. Customers are responsible for paying any applicable customs duties or taxes.

Shipping Locations

  • We ship worldwide, except to countries where Gelato does not currently deliver due to logistical or legal restrictions.
  • Orders are printed and shipped from the facility closest to the delivery address whenever possible.

Lost or Delayed Packages

  • If your order has not arrived within 30 days of the expected delivery window, please contact us and we’ll investigate with Gelato.
  • While we’re not responsible for postal or customs delays, we’ll do our best to assist and resolve the issue.
